The electronic application system broke down Monday morning at 10.17 and was not up and running until Tuesday at 12.45 am. If you have applied in this time span, we regret that we have not received your application. If you have applied for authorisation but have not yet paid the registration fee, you need only to apply again.
If you have paid the registration fee, we have received the money, but we cannot identify, who has made the payment. Therefore we request you to apply once again, of course without paying the fee, and thereafter send evidence of your earlier payment to efua@sst.dk . Remember to state your name, date of birth and profession. An evidence of your payment could for example be a bank statement showing that you have paid the fee to the National Board of Health.
